Important information
No longer required is an invitation letter from the trade fair organizer to apply for a trade fair visa. This has been agreed upon with the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2013. In addition, the visa fee is waived for employees of exhibiting companies. Please refer to this information when applying for your visa.

We recommend that visitors apply for a visa as early as possible to receive it in plenty of time before the trade fair. Visa applications can be made up to six months prior to entry. The necessary documents must be submitted in full at all times!
