Each year more than 300 journalists from more than 20 countries
register for GOLF EUROPE. According to experience online and print
media demonstrate a great deal of interest in product novelties and
innovations. Photographers and television teams in particular are
always searching for interesting topics, products and trends during
GOLF EUROPE. We would like to assist you with brand and product public
relations for GOLF EUROPE 2010. Our Marketing and Communications
Department provides the following services to you and – if
applicable – the public relations agency working for you.
Product Novelties
It is more than likely that you
want the media to report on the new products you are exhibiting at GOLF
EUROPE 2010. We provide the daily and trade press, radio and television
with a new product list before and during the trade fair, listing all
new products, highlights, and innovations. In a summarized form,
including the exhibitor name and booth number, this list is passed on
to the journalists. If you are offering interesting products at your
booth, please send your information via e-mail by Monday, September 20th, 2010:
At www.golf-europe.com you can provide journalists with information
on your new products at the fair during the run-up to GOLF EUROPE
and up to three months after the event.In order to ensure maximum PR value and to provide
journalists with a functional research tool with constructive
information, please provide us with information on new products only.
We reserve the right to edit or shorten material.
Data Input You
can book your presentation online (800 characters max.), using your personal ID number (which
you have received by e-mail). Your news will
go online within three days after our release for publication.
Deadline The deadline is Wednesday, September 22th 2010, at 12.00 am
We
would be glad to coordinate the time and place of a press conference
for your company at GOLF EUROPE 2010, and we strive to avoid
overlapping schedules. The company press conferences, held on the trade
fair grounds during GOLF EUROPE, are summarized in a
schedule and presented to the representatives of the business and trade
press as well as radio and television.
You or the agency you contract with will be responsible for holding
the press conference and inviting the journalists. We will be happy to
provide you with a list (.df/.xls file) of the most important editorial
contacts from the golf, sporting goods, fashion, business and daily
press as well as electronic media to assist you with your invitations.

Exhibitor Press Material at the Press Center
All journalists have
access to the Press Center during the
three days of the event. You may place your own press kits free of
charge in the press boxes set up on location. We recommend preparing
approx. 20 complete folders with press information, photos and
brochures in German and English, and whatever other materials you deem
important. Please send your press materials with postage, customs
duties and taxes prepaid by Thursday, September 23th, 2010 to:

or drop it off at the Golf press lounge in the M,O,C, beginning on Saturday, September 25, 2010.
Online press boxes
The international media use the press section of www.golf-europe.com
for reporting before the fair, for searches and trade fair planning.
You can use these central, up-to-date and attractive communication
tools at any time to inform the media without waste coverage about your
company, your trade fair presentation and your new products.
Data Input And this is how it works: You
can book your press box online. Here, using your personal ID
number (which you have receievd by e-mail), you can enter your text,
logo and/or photo. You can publish up to five press releases (each in
up to five languages) per press box.
Please note: • The file name must not include any space, plus, minus or similar characters. •
Please bear in mind that photos have to be available in two different
versions: in a resolution of 300dpi for downloading and in a resolution
of 72dpi for viewing, as jpg or gif file, both in RGB mode.
Deadline The deadline is Wednesday, September 22th, 2010 at 12:00 am As
soon as you have made your entries, we shall arrange for them to go
onto the Internet. It takes about three working days from the arrival
of your data to their presentation on the Internet. The information you
provide will be available to journalists until around four weeks
after the end of the fair.
Costs 150 EUR per press box (for up to five press releases), 50 EUR for each additional press release

The costs (plus VAT) will
be charged in the final invoice. They are incurred upon legally binding
registration of the service. We invoice only the exhibiting companies
for the costs. Extra invoices for agencies cannot be issued for
bookkeeping reasons.
The
GOLF Press Directory containing the addresses of all important
editorial boards, is updated regularly, and is an important "reference
book" for your press officers even after the trade fair. It contains an
up-to-date directory, listing German and international golf trade
press, business, and daily press in alphabetical order, including the
address of each editorial department as well as homepage URL. We would
be happy to send you this address list; please send your request via

Please indicate your choice of a PDF file free of charge or an XLS file
at the cost of 50€. We will charge the amount with the final
invoice.
